He's a leader in Enterprise B2B customer success, customer and partner enablement and training/education. He's been successful in establishing structure/process in the delivery organization to facilitate renewals, expansion, growth and increase customer satisfaction.
Social media analytics, content creation, analytics, financial services, and workforce management software.
He would like to join another high growth Canadian company to help them build out their CX/Professional Services strategy.
Currently resides in NYC. Open to moving to BC or Ontario.
Timeline: Ideally Sept/Oct, however he has flexibility to start sooner.
